Target BMI: 22.1





lbs to lose: 29 (yikes!)













Goals:





-fresh foods only (fruits & veggies), some whole grains

-no bread, sugary crap, oily food, etc

-only water & some juice

-stick to vitamin regimen

-keep food log

-measure portions carefully

-no food after 6pm





Goal for 

4/20: 150

4/27: 145

5/4: 140

5/11: 136

5/18: 132

5/25: 128

Starting weight is 228, I should be under 200 but I'm lucky to carry it fairly well.  Doctor just gave me a clean bill of health, but said I could drop a few.
