Driven: So true about taking those days off. It makes the next workout so much easier that I can train harder which gives me quicker results!! Lovin' the "off-days"!

Hi!

Thanks for your comment... have a look through my blogs... I have written a lot of stuff about diet and supplements on there. Basically, you want to cut as much processed stuff from your diet as possible and make sure that your meals and snacks have a large protein component. Train hard (like a man... don't go for the "women's workouts"). You won't gain huge muscles, even from working out that hard. So, don't worry, you won't look like those women who look more like men... those women are SERIOUSLY juiced on steroids. Don't be afraid to lift as heavy as you can, at least 3 to 4 days a week. Don't over-do the cardio, keep it to about 2 days per week. make sure that you are getting at least 1 (preferably 2) full days off of the gym each week... no training, no cardio, just rest!

In a nutshell, that what I can tell you, but do read my blogs...
