TUESDAY: Run for 2 or 2.5 miles around Dromiskin Village [People know me from running on a regular basis]


WEDENSDAY: Gym work on legs with abs


THURSDAY: Run for 2.5 or 3 miles


FRIDAY: Gym work on chest with abs


SATURDAY: Mixed workout [Gym and Cardio]

I have been away from here for a little while...heck for months now. I have not been away from the gym.  Been working my butt of there! Well I am back and ready to get this going again.

I walked a mile on friday 1-2-09, and today 1-4-09 I biked for 28 minutes.  I'm proud of myself.
