Yesterday I went into the gym worked on my arms and shoulders, with a bit of cardio. Today I have gone on a 2.5 mile run to build myself up for the cross country season which will be tough.
In the cross country season I will be running in the Novice and Intermediate Catergorys in which the distances are :Novice - 3 km and for the Intermediate - 4 km. Now I have competed in cross country for the last six or seven years so that I can keep my fitness level up to a reasonible level but I haven't won an individual medal yet but I have won a few with the club team on both.
I will keep all of you up dated with how I am getting on and with what I am doing!!!! |
