it is the end of july going into my senior year. i want to be looking good by the end of the first semester and look hot for prom. i am truly motivated this time to lose as much weight as possible, and i want to do it all the right weigh with a good diet and exercise.
Goals:
to lower my bmi
to get toned
to boost self confidence
to fit into all the cool clothes that i love
to look hot for prom
to live well and be healthy for life
