i used to be really fit. just last year i was working out regularly, eating healthy foods and managing stress with yoga and walking. i got into the unhealthy habit of eating chips, cookies, fast food, drinking beer and not working out at all!! i feel horrible and i'm 25lbs heavier. i've gone up 2 sizes and really do not want to buy a new wardrobe. so i'm hoping this site will keep me motivated and committed to my goals. cheers!
