Wow! I actually have two messages this morning! I actually thought I would just do this "blog" thing as a personal joke to myself and get away unnoticed. It's nice to see that people are supportive here. I have to admit.....I kinda like the "being on a team" feeling.
Ok, let me confess the good stuff. So far so good......
June 16th - 6AM - 1/2 hour on the elliptical - ate every three hours "CLEAN EATING" no cheats!!!!!!! Yea!!
June 17th - 10AM - Elliptical for 1/2 hour with AB Workout - Ate CLEAN again, all day, no cheats!
5PM - Back to gym for a full body circuit training
June 18th - 10AM - Elliptical for 20 minutes, Speed skate machine 10 min., Stair Climb for 20 min, and Stationary Bike 20 min. Ate clean, because I am not going to work this hard for nothing!!!
8:45PM - Elliptical 20 min. "Body for Life" style - Hard!!!
I will be posting my workouts in a different format from now on, and more detailed. I always appreciate the feedback. Like I said, I have never "blogged" before in my life.....who knows, maybe it will help! |
