ime 48 , i work out 3 to 4 times a week at the gym (and in between at home) and i kick box. i am lucky to have two brilliant trainers who really push and encourage me, however... i am at a loss, i have lost 30lbs since last september, i carry a lot of muscle i admit, which the bmi doesnt seem to take into consideration , however i really dont want to lose the 22lbs or so the slimming clubs are telling me i need to.... only another half stone or so (face or figure at my age so ime told...lol).
my trouble is, that for thte past month, i have stagnated... ground to a halt...nothing i am doing is having a ny effect, ive intensified my work outs, increased my weights...drink gallons of water aaagggghhhhh !!!!!!...
however..... it is not going to beat me...lol
Goals:
my goal is to beat this retched plateau .... 10-10 1/2 stone would make me happy !. i want to burn fat and build muscle.. i like having "abs"...lol
Interests:
kickboxing, rock music , rnb ... my grand kids... my job (sad i know... but i love it!!)
