i'm 33 years old and have been active most of my life starting with martial arts training when i was 8 years old. now i'm focused on adding some mass and renewing flexibility through weight training 4 days a week and cardio/abs 2 days a week, stretching daily. i've started with break-in routine #1 from the body sculpting bible for men. the 13-week break-in routine and 3 regular 6-week workouts should take me through august 2009. i would like to give/get motivation on this site so i welcome all comments and questions.
Goals:
by august 2009 i would like to have put on 10 lbs of lean muscle weight. by the end of the year i would like to return to my personal best of a few years ago of around 185 lbs. and 10% fat.
additionally, i would like to increase my flexibility, slowly but progressively, by stretching after each workout.
Interests:
i like to take walks through the country, cook, garden, and spend time with my wife and friends.
