Hello everyone!
It is June 1.
AND I am determined to manage my weight (yet Again!) I am new here and learning all this site has to offer. I have joined the 90 day challenge diet. Seemingly, I can lose the weight but I have problems keeping it from creeping back on me. Do to stress I find myself gaining rapidly.
I do know that I am going to need supporters or persons to help hold me accountable through this experience. So, if your out there needing the same PLEASE do not hesitate to team up with me for support! I look forward in meeting you!
For now, I will dream about fitting back into my clothes and then perhaps having to buy new ones....! -Lesli
