I`m 27 and i like to keep fit, i`ve lost 5 stone now but i still have a few pound to go to my ideal weight, dont know if i actually want to go there as i feel not too bad the way i am .I`m a fitness technician for Curves in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.
Goals:
I am taking part in a 26.58 mile charity run in March for Breast Cancer Research and Sjogren Syndrome Research, I am quite fit already but i` starting a 12 week marathon training programme on Monday. Does any one have any tips ??
Update i`ve been training so hard for this run its only two weeks away x cant wait to do it now x
