I am a father of one.  I am a network administrator for a small rural phone company.  We service internet, phone and digital TV.  I sit behind my desk most of the day and that is what I hate about my job.  I love to read and write.  My son started baseball this year for the first time and I love watching him play.  I have very eccentric views on many things and am very outspoken.  I love life, being outside, reading a good book and improving myself and my realtions with others.

Goals:
My main goal is to drop fat. I have spent years building muscle but have a lot of fat over the top so while i'm big it's in the wrong way. My diet is like a yo-yo. Actually I don't diet I eat what I want but I believe I eat too much sugar, specifically chocolate. I want to drop my fat. My weight is hovering around 275 and while i'm in better shape than most it is becoming a strain on my frame. I guess that is my main goal as I can build muscle just fine. ANY advice will be taken with open arms!!!

Interests:
I have many interests. Fitness is first and all that goes with it: rock climbing (though i'm too heavy at the moment), lifting, swimming (I LOVE to swim). Camping, travelling when I can. A great book, video games, playing with my Son. I have yet to publish the novel that will make me famous!
