| I'm having a crisis of sorts |

| I'm sure some may have noticed I haven't posted any workouts or daily caloric intakes. This may sound weird but here's what i'm doing and i've done it before. I've noticed that if I watch my 'diet' closely I end up not seeing the results I want. Example: if I don't eat what I want and skip ceratain/some days I am bloated or otherwise unhappy with my progress. So for my first two weeks or so I do my daily workouts with ONE day off a week, alternating between swimming for cardio and weight training for definition, NOT size. My problem seems to be even lifting less weight I can gain muscle quickly, covered by my fat suit LOL. I just got a new camera and will start posting pics. Not only do I look for input but seeing myself in this light will be motivation in itself. After about two weeks of what I call "Free for All' i'll start logging. Any thoughts to this process will be taken with a totally open mind on my part. thanks! |
