Hello to all.  I am new here; ran across the site quite by accident actually.  I've never subscribed to this kind of fitness forum but i'll give it a try.  A little history: i've been into fitness on and off since my senior year in high school in 1989.  my weight fluctuates constantly.  I have a real problem with alcohol and sugar (one in the same).  I'm surprised i'm not diabetic.  I KNOW if I can get those two out i'm set but it's so HARD (more for the sugar.  The alcohol I do when i'm bored so I need other ideas).  I hit the gym anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week for about a half hour. I go during my lunch hour as that is the absolute best time I can go.  Looking forward to 'working' with anyone!
