hey guys, i need to just vent as well as get some tips.  i've been working out over a year now.  i'm still roughly at the same weight as when i began.  there's been ups and downs, but i always hover right around 175.  last winter, i got up to 200lbs.  and now i'm back down.  i'm eating like crazy,  taking at least 2 protein shakes a day, and still can't gain.  any ideas???  now i don't want to gain fat, but if you've seen my goals, i want to be a solid lean 200 lbs.   HEEEELLLPPPP!!!!
