i love sport but packed on 15kg over 3 years after injury. im still hampered by the same injurys but want to loose those dreaded 15kg and get back to my original fitness!!
Goals:
loose 15 kg.
fit into old clothes.
be able to do 12 chin ups - im a rock climber so extra weight is not appreciated.
Interests:
rock climbing, taekwondo, badminton, running, wheelchair basketball, reading, drawing and eating fruit!
