Goals:
My ultimate goals to to have defined abs. I am a long ways away and know I it take a while and will be in stages. My first goal is just to loose the excess weight. Currently at 190 and would like to be around 160 without adding muscle weight. I am not sure of the weight with muscle. Waist size: Currently around 37, would like to be around a 32.
Interests:
Computers, online gaming, fishing, scuba diving. Trying to add working out to that list.
