Hello All,

And no, I will not be numbering my days! Just getting myself pumped up for day #1! I went to the gym this morning and started with lifting legs. I am planing on lifting to build muscle and than really tone it. I think I will follow Bill Phillips workout plan. (I have been going for the last week just lifting light/high reps just to get myself back into the swing of things). Has any female followed the Body for Life for Women? How is this? Is it much different than Bill's plan? 

I just had baby #4 17 weeks ago so I have been taking my time getting back into the gym. I have been walking and dong the eliptical at home and abs.

I feel good! I decided to incorporate a protein shake into my eating plan and as far as supplements I am debating on creatine and an energy booster. Any thoughts anyone?

I did the body for life program about 8 years ago and used Myoplex lite, betagen, and an energy supplement (can't remember what it was though). Any thoughts on using the same things this time? What about an energy supplement? I know I will need it....

Creatine has been constantly gaining in popularity. I normally recommend (rail is probably more accurate) against a lot supplementation (I normally just take a good daily vitamin and fish oil) but I have to admit that even I have been swayed in to giving it a try. I start front loading on it next week so I cannot speak from experience on it yet but from what I have heard and read it should be very helpful in gaining muscle, and more muscle = more calorie burning.
