You are the best motivation out of all the people I have met online, I workout today to a "Firm, bootcamp" dvd. I made it thru 55mins. got all the way to the best part, stretching, and my baby woke up. Like my dad says, I couls use him has weights, but I don't think he would enjoy the lunge/jumps I do! I love being a new mommy but I gotta tell you, it makes "time management" unpredictable!

I havae this diet thing down pat its simple
reduce intake and use so that the net intake is less than you expend 3500 net deficit is one lb.
Its really impossible to go down daily. after you extract the excess fecal matter from the bowel.
make sure you weigh without fluids at least five hours after you have beverages and try to pick a time after a bowel movement. John Wayne had 25 lbs of fecal decay in his bowel when he died from colon cancer. I am seeking someone to hold me accountable and I could encourage as well Are you that person if so lets get busy I will check your blog everyday
