In February, I finally re open my business to the public with a physical location 1000-G East WT Harris Blvd Charlotte NC 28213. I will be sharing space with a very successful chiropractor Paul Wells who has graciously allowed me to rent  a small space to meet clients and provide an introduction to what I do as a naturopath.

much as I missed you. Spent 2 weeks on ANAVOL Hardcore.  12 weeks they "promise" 8 lbs of muscle weight gain. Damn its working ! No spoofing. I increased cal intact to 2000 Cal. Take the Anavol as directed  Continued my aerobics and added in weight training as p[er Chris Aceto Today 195 pounds up  three lbs from last report but 19 percent BF a huge decrease  in fatty boy 158 lean muscle  I am sold on it.


Next report Nov 15th Leave me a message I thrive on them


November 15th  goal 193 lbs 17.5 %  BF  159 lbs lean


November 3oth  goal  188 lbs 16.%  BF     158 lean


December 15th Goal  184 lbs  15 %  156 lean


December 30th    180 lbs  14 %     155 lean

I found the site about a month ago as I was getting back to healthy"  I enjoyed the folks here so I come back. You are kind with your observations but everyone can enjoy new friends and contacts. Jim the admin seems awesome. Gailish is so sweet  I like being a part of communities. I am in alot of them. As far as ultimate objective .....had not considered even needing one. Did I miss that question on sign up?

Yes You know you did. But its a new Month. Fresh start. Lets lose 10 lbs this month. Eat right exercise and get at least 8 hrs sleep daily.


Add a good supplement a multi vitamin COQ 10  Glucosamine,


any new supplement that will help you out.

Motivation is a funny item. Without it one can flounder and yet its had to maintain for many of us. Just a kind word from someone doing what you are trying to do makes so much better the trip we all are on. I wish that each of us makes their goal and feels as great about it as I do. Thanks to each of you who have been so kind to others.

Remember you have to eat to lose....

Diets that restrict food intake are not the way to do this. As you gain strength and satmina from your exercise you must add calories to fuel the loss. Thats why about 2 3 lbs per week is the max for safe sustained weight loss.  Make your workout intensity be a focus of your day. Recall weigh at teh same time daily with no fluids for at least 4 hours and preferrably after a bowel movement. That way you have weight of your body not fluids unrine and feces.
