much as I missed you. Spent 2 weeks on ANAVOL Hardcore.  12 weeks they "promise" 8 lbs of muscle weight gain. Damn its working ! No spoofing. I increased cal intact to 2000 Cal. Take the Anavol as directed  Continued my aerobics and added in weight training as p[er Chris Aceto Today 195 pounds up  three lbs from last report but 19 percent BF a huge decrease  in fatty boy 158 lean muscle  I am sold on it.


Next report Nov 15th Leave me a message I thrive on them


November 15th  goal 193 lbs 17.5 %  BF  159 lbs lean


November 3oth  goal  188 lbs 16.%  BF     158 lean


December 15th Goal  184 lbs  15 %  156 lean


December 30th    180 lbs  14 %     155 lean

Just curious, with the changes you noticing, any notice in strength/endurance from anavol? Great going btw, and good luck with your dec goals!

My all time bench was 235 in 2002 We I began the journey back in August I could barely bench 105. Last night I am back to 175 3 sets 6 reps. yeah The thing I sense is an ability either due to placebo or the anavol to get that 6 and 7 rep to fatigue. The guys at Europa Fitness recommended it to me .

Glad you are doing good! You've come a long way! I am almost where I want to be, I just love food so much its hard to cut back.
