| Ok my ostomy nerse told me soon after my sergey that i would gain weight. I was like yea right your taking out 7 feet of colon and expect me to gain weight. well guess what i did. once i recovered i put on 20 lbs in a month. fat and muscle. my strenth has gron just as fast. today i bench 2 sets of 8 and a set of 6 of 245. befor my sergery i was still strugling with 225. however i think im pecking so i will prbley slow down to a normal groth speed but it was nice while it lasted. it would be very intresting to see where i would be if i had never had the colitce that severly hinders nutrion intake.Skeeter |

| Getting started again after small layoff |

On july 14th I had a colectomy, wich means they hanked out my colen. After a week in the hospital remove of 38 stapels in the gut, and 3 weeks later starting again just very light. Also an execise that tugs ont eh tummy had to skip. you dont relize just how much you use your abs till you get in a situation like this.
For those of you trying to change ther life for better helth good luck to all of you. the rewards will be worth you hard work.
