at 5'10 and 168 lbs, i am hoping to lose about 10 lbs, get in shape, and then re-evaluate and set new goals from there.
Goals:
here are my goals, in no particular order.
1. lose 10 lbs.
2. exercise 3 times per week for 30 min.
3. walk 10,000 steps, 5 days per week.
4. drink more water.
5. improve my current 5k time of 36-38 minutes.
Interests:
i like to be outside and take in the scenery and do new things. i am trying to use this to my advantage and sneak in some exercise at the same time.
