| Giving it up |

Somehow I feel like I’m in déjà vu land. Everytime I write a blog and publish it the page times out and poof its gone. And it was so hard to get motivated to write it the first time. Ok here we go again, I will use a diff tactic next time and paste it in from somewhere else….
Today I came to the conclusion that its time to give up my daily chocolate habit. It's not usually my philosophy to give up anything in my diet but rather to cut back proportionally. But lately I have been thinking that wow, that would be 220 (sometimes more) less calories to burn off every day. So now after deciding that I like less exercise more than I am attached to the (heavenly) taste of the DOVE chocolate that I am addicted to its time to let it go. I’ve been exhausted lately and as a mom of 3 young boys its hard to fit all the exercise in that you need. I don’t want to keep worrying about burning a million calories when I get home from work. Now, with the DOVE gone I only have to burn 999,780 calories! LOL.

hey,
i know what it's like to have a chocolate addiction. it sucks. but i wanted to let you know, i am a brand new mom and i bought a magazine that said it's more effective to work out in 10 minute intervals, and they gave me a work out plan to go with it, if you want more info on it, i would gladly share. good luck with your weight loss! ;) |

| maybe use it as a reward when you accomplish a goal. so instead of having it daily you can have it once a week or every 2 weeks depending on how you wanna set your goals. i personally can't reward myself with food but it works for some people. if you are a a happy weight or close to it then you would be alright using it as a reward, but if you are really over weight and trying to drop it then maybe not. |
