I have always been interested in health. It was not until recently that watching the foods that I choose to consume became a real big part of my life. I enjoy physical activity, my real problem though is staying committed to exercising everyday. I don't want to be 40 and finding out I need to make major lifestyle changes or else.. I hope by starting this log I keep focussed on my progress and all of the small success and bumps I hit on the way to optimum health.
