I've been battling the up and down weight for about three years now.I've always been able to lose weight fast, guess mother time is catching up with me. I will be 35 in a couple of weeks and I REALLY want to get into shape. I have a gym membership but don't seem to have the motivation consistantly. I'm here for support and information. I have been reading up on fitness and nutrition for months but there are so many different ideas and ways to go about it, by the time I've spent a whole day researching I become discouraged.

Goals:
My current goal is to lose 20 to 25lbs and tone up! I want to eat healthier and excercise more. I would love to feel energetic everyday!

Interests:
Tae Kwon Do, biking, sports, anything outdoors and trying to get fit!

Welcome to FitNRG! The entire site is designed to help you track your fitness and health goals such as tracking your workouts, activities, diet and nutriion, dieting, etc...

You may find our tutorial helpful:

After you've started the abs diet, you can keep track of your weight measurements duringyour dieting process that'll let you see how close you are to achieving your goals. Aftr logging in, you can track your weight measurements by clicking on "My FitNRG" link, and then "Body Stats" link after that.

The calorie counter may also come in handy for your diet that allows you track your daily calorie intake, and see where your calories are coming from. Hope that's enough info to help you get started. There are many tools on here that it'll probably take a little time to get use to them all. =)
