hello all.  i'm new to the group.  i'm a wife and mom of 4 kiddos.  i've struggled with weight, exercise and diet for most of my life.   i'm getting into my 30's now and my husband is going to be 40 this year.  health has become a concern now that we're getting older.  i'd like to run around after my kids and be the 'fun' mom; and someday with grankids.

Goals:
ok. my goals are to loose 50 to 70 pounds. i would love to get down to be a size 8, but if i got down to a size 10 or 12 i would be happy. i want to learn to have a healthy eating lifestyle. i want sugar to not be such a weakness for me. and i want to be a good example for my kids to grow up an live happy healthy lifestyles.

Interests:
i think my interests are part of my problem. i love watching tv/movies; i love reading, scrapbooking, playing games on the computer. i really do like the outdoors; camping, gardening and such, but don't seem to have much energy to participate. i also love motorcycles, but we don't have one right now. soon i hope.
