Originally was supposed to choose between deadlifts and squats for as my primary exercise for the next five days, but pulled a quad playing softball on Friday night. Can barely walk. not much chance of doing any lower body for a week or two at least. A little bummed but it might not be such a bad thing. I get to focus on my upper body, especially on chest.
Wish every day could be like today. The workout was tough but came off without a hitch. Nothing fancy about todays workout, all BP and flyes, the 20 sec rest between sets kinda jacks your heart-rate a bit, but all in all was nice to spend some quality time down in the pit. |
