i like the outdoors, being active and live in the northwestern us.
Goals:
track my daily nutrition and exercise to keep me accountable. i work out 4-5 days a week at the gym for an increase in strength and lower my body fat %. i'm not trying to bulk up or drop my body fat% to a crazy amount. my current goal is to do 3 sets of 8 pulls ups and bench 200lbs. i'm pushing to reach my goal with pull ups and benching 200lbs by the end of june.
Interests:
i like the outdoors and being active. i do video work professionally and photography in my own time. i like to hike, camp, fish and spend time outdoors in the summer and snowboard and backcountry board in the winter.
