i like the outdoors, being active and live in the northwestern us.

Goals:
track my daily nutrition and exercise to keep me accountable. i work out 4-5 days a week at the gym for an increase in strength and lower my body fat %. i'm not trying to bulk up or drop my body fat% to a crazy amount. my current goal is to do 3 sets of 8 pulls ups and bench 200lbs. i'm pushing to reach my goal with pull ups and benching 200lbs by the end of june.

Interests:
i like the outdoors and being active. i do video work professionally and photography in my own time. i like to hike, camp, fish and spend time outdoors in the summer and snowboard and backcountry board in the winter.

hey thanks for the blog comment. yeah i've really worked hard at making a total lifestyle change. the major turning point for me was when i realize and accepted that i was worth it and deserved it and quit mentally & emotionally sabotaging myself. something i wish more women would do.
