Had a great workout.  Close to 3 sets of 8 reps on pull-ups and 8 solid reps on my 190lbs bench.  Today was my 2nd day of doing 55lbs on 21's on the preacher bench up from 45lbs.  21's are a killer.  I only did 1 set of 21's and then followed up with a set of regular curls on the preacher bench.



Nutrition wise.  It wasn't a bad day.  I'm not eating completely as clean as I would like to be but my eating is pretty solid for sticking with being healthy and making healthy choices.  Avoiding foods that are processed and high in fat.  My protein numbers are still lower than I would like.  I need to pick up some cottage cheese and regular cheese for lunch again.  I've noticed the  serious drop in protein % since we ran out of cottage cheese and regular cheese for lunch in the past few days.  On the plus side, my fat % is good.  I'm trying to keep my fat intake at or below 30%.  Balancing my carbs to protein is a lot harder challenge.



**-I need to do measurements, forgot to do it.  I'll update on the 10th with body measurements.
