i'm a 65 year old man with a pot belly. i'm not obese but i'd like a flatter tummy. i have type 2 diabetes which i'd like to control via lifetsyle rather than medication. that requires daily exercise. i also hae some lower back pain which would improve if the gut were gone. so for appearance and for health, i need to work on this, and i hope this web site will help me with a program.
Goals:
just to lose 8 pounds, to 150, and to get rid of the pot belly.
Interests:
canoeing. my grown daughter who lives 2500 miles away. a woman close to home (who, at age 59, has a great figure, so i need to somewhat measureup, too).
