I am married. I'm on this site to seek support with dieting. I'm open to all advise on how to lose weight efficiently. I'm trying to get back into working out. but I haven't been doing very well....Yet..... I'd like to do better.
Goals:
I'd like to lose 30 lbs. to be back at my curvy girl's healthier weight.
Interests:
I like to bike and do spinning classes, I like to take aerobic classes and any kind of exercise in class form. I guess I'm a social exerciser.
