Starting weight: 179 lbs.
Current weight: 164 lbs.
Down 15 lbs.
Goal: 130 lbs
Pounds to Go: 34 lbs
So... I gained 0.2 lbs... that's depressing. I wondering if I'm going to sit at 164 now for a few days. However, we're probably going to go to the fair on Saturday and I'm all about taking days like that and eating the funnel cake. Why? Because part of me feels like things like that, that happen once a year or less should just go ahead and be eaten. I mean like, when your birthday comes once a year... go ahead and eat a piece of cake and ice cream. I think if we say no no no and never give ourselves a little break (little meaning day) then we're going to completely stop. I know that's what has happened to me in the past. I think the key is being willing and consistent with getting back "on the diet" the next day. So, going back to the diet on Sunday. What I noticed was last week when I did that for my birthday, yes I put on a couple of pounds, but it also broke my stay at 165.5, in the end it helped me go below that. Well... we'll see. It's just hard to be so conservative with calories and not see a big difference.
