Have you ever heard of a tabata????? This will really shed that fresh 15. So what you do is set your treadmill to a 12% incline and you do 8 rounds of 20 sec running 10 sec resting. start slow just to get used to it and work your way up in speed it is really really tough but it will def. work. Do you happen to have a stability ball????? Let me know and i will give you a really good routine. |
