i am six foot, 215 pounds. the last time i was this big i was in middle school, had 25 pounds less of muscle mass, and was half a foot shorter. i've come a long way, but i'm not just trying to get ripped and shredded. i really am just all about a healthier lifestyle.
Goals:
i love to integrate multiple workout plans to achieve an overall fitness. i used to be an endurance athlete in high school, so running is awesome! i love to integrate intervals and weight training with distance running and interval weight training. i'd love to be around one eighty lbs and 8-10 percent body fat.
Interests:
i love motorcycles, guns and being in the military. i love my country, and i love taking control of my life and testing the limits.
