Introduction to FitNRG fitness tools and functions
Welcome to FitNRG.com! I hope to cover most of the important aspects of our free online tools and functions for tracking your health, fitness, and diet, so that you can make the most out of them.
Dashboard
For starters, when you first login, you will see your dashboard, which should look something like this:

Your dashboard gives you a quick overview of everything important about your FitNRG.com account. At a glance, you can see your latest activities, view latest blog posts by other members, see what activities other members have done most recently, view your friends list, see alerts (if any), read / send messages to other users, and have access to your control panel of quick links that takes you directly to various fitness tools and functions of the site. |
To the right is a screen shot of the control panel, which is located on the right side of your screen.
The very top box is your "Alerts" box, which will display various important information that requires your attention - for example:
- Receiving a private message
- Receiving a friend request
- Receiving a comment
- etc...
Below that is your messages box, where you can read and send messages.
In your control panel, you have quick access links to all the key areas of your FitNRG.com account such as Diet, Meal Planner, Exercise Tracker, Activity Tracker, Write Blog, Reports, Manage sections, and etc... |
