So several people at my work decided to do fit club. I dont know the details yet but we are starting oct 6th. we will weight in, use body fat calipers. we will have teams of 3-6 people. we earn points and also can loose points for various reasons. I will post the entire rules-system on monday when I get it. maybe you can incorporate it into your work place or we could do it here with each other? Let me know your thoughts people.

| ERRRRR VACATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|
| Aug 01, 2008 |
| |
So as most know I am on Long Island, NY for 2 weeks for vacation. Well my parents and feeding me like its going out of style. Ive had more I have had potatoes 4 nights in a row, burgers, pork chops etc. The only good meals im having are my brakfest (oatmeal) and I did have tuna steaks 1 night. I have been to the gym 3/4 days, but little cardio. I am feeling really lazy BLAH-----
So my goal until Next Sat is to remain having my normal calorie intake and normal workout routine, no exeptions.
Isn't vacation supossed to me less work and less thinking?

| Sorry |

to all that read my blogs and also any looking for updates on the Chlorodrol-50 Sorry. i am leaving Sunday at 5:30 to fly across the counrty from Utah to NY(home) With my 2 1/2yr old and 9month old.STRESSED!!!
But: I have been able to maintain my workouts :-)!! As for the CH-50 I believe it is working very well. I see definite cuts and shape in my arms I have never seen.
Side effects have been very minimual:Very agitaited irritable, but could be due to the bif "trip". I have notice I have stoped lossing al weight, and seems to have gained some in my stomach. However I haven't been 100% on my diet.
SO----I had hit a plateau about june (month 6), and i have been getting very bored and frustrated at the small size of my gym (its a rec center ex YMCA). So starting tomarrow I will start at 24 hour fitness. I have 4 people I work with go there and 2 of them are hard core-like going at 4:30am hardcore!!. So my day will start off tomarrow at 5am and have a partner, which I feel will push me so im not a little wussy lifting that 100lb bench press lol!!(j/k its 150 LOL).
I also will be working out with my mother (mid 50s) and should be more amuzing than pushing, but hey It'll be a story to tell my kids when there my age. I will have my computer to update those on the Ch-50, it should really be kicking in this weekend and such as im told.

Day 6,
I haven't posted since last week when i started because I didn't see/feel anything.
Day 6:
Seen: Tighter muscles, increase in size(most noticable in biceps)
Affects:When I have stood up I have felt light headed 2x(however since im trying to cut and gain my calorie intake has been lower), other than that nothing.
I hear you start to see gains at 7 days. I will still be cutting calories until July 27th. Once in Ny for vacation then I will began my calorie intake to really start building some muscles.
will update again.

Here is what Im thinking : Any suggestions accepted, still somewhat of a newbie.
last 4 days ive had liquid Milk Thistle
here's my thoughts for the next 30 days
morning CH-50 1 tab
1 hour before Nutrex Vitrix
30min before Whey Shake(36gr)
immediately after MT Halo
30min after Whey shake/creatine(52gr)
I have seen people take 1-2 as the pic at their website says 1morn, 1 bedtime, but think since im smaller i will stick with 1.
2800calorie diet protein %50, carb %30, fat %20
im 5'8 168lbs
I will log my workout later today.

Several questions for your personal answers, mine will be answered in Red and has to do with upper body:
1-On heavy lifting days, how many days till the soreness stops?
Mine is lasting about 2-3 days
2-What recovery products are you using?
right now just whey and creatine, starting MT Halo Next on the 28th and will post review every 2 weeks.
3-anyone going with the all natural like bannanas for potasium etc?
Only rest seems to help execpt for after a long bike ride bananna helps(and thats for my legs)
4- Whats your recovery look like?
Just a waiting game, I don't want to have to wait every 3 days to lift hard i want to be able to do monday, wed, fri HARD!!!!!! |

no replys lately? why? just wondering why you havn't replied. Must of been a business promotion and then left the site. Damn I better report him to the ISSA since they'll disipline him...OH WAIT, they're not even reconized really or monitor there certified trainers. Hum, oh well thank you for your amusement the past week.
Also was wondering how I lost 38 lbs since jan 1st without my online personal trainer. I guess I would of lost over 70lbs if I had one, well next time I get fat I'll remember to get an online personal trainer. Sorry to all my support buddies I guess the professionals out there don't think you helped me with your support.

| QUESTION for MACfitnessonline What make you....... |
|
| Jul 11, 2008 |
| |
So I tried to reply to one of your post but doesn't seem to be working.
What makes you so qualified to be a cft? ISSA is a home study open book, online exam that is NOT even timed!! Also gyms like 24hr and Golds don't accept them. Do you have a college degree associated with your cft. I am just personaly wondering why I would go to you with little credientials since I will look at what my personaly trainer would have, instead of going to someone that has a college degree or even post-graduate and certifications like what 24 hours job desciption saays(copied directly from yahoojobs trainer posting)
