So we hear alot about supplements today. But most are very expensive and do not really work.
But if you look at the main ingredients in most you can buy them individually at like puritans pride for way cheap. Plus since suppliments have the proprietary blends you never know how much of what is in it.
So basically here are some I suggest buying individually:
L-arginie, whey Protein, Creatine, L-Lysine, Fish oil, Green tea extract, L-carnitine, Honey, vitamin c, Tribulus, casein protein(be careful how much you have), Multi-vitamin, BCAA's.
If you are going to look at adding some kind of suppliment then look into nanovapor or Halo(muscletech brand), they have been getting some good reviews. I have the nano vapor- 1st 2 times worked really well, but since then i have not had any explosive strength from it, but some results. If you do try it go by the label 100%, I have heard some very bad health problems if you don't.---- |
