Quick, easy ,low and fat snack.
can be used for breakfast or as a quick snack.
Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skimmed milk
Servings: 1
Instructions
Cut banana into slices.
blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. serve in a chilled glass.
