| This is the best stir fry i ever made and its low calorie, low sodium and low fat. i hope you enjoy making it and eat it. |
| Ingredients |
1/4 Cup light , low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup Water 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp Cornstarch 2 Carrot (grated or thinly sliced) 2 Zucchini( Diced) 1 brocolli 1 yellow bell pepper

| Instructions |
Combine garlic, soy sauce, water, honey, 1 tsp. oil, cornstarch and peppers. stir chicken into marinade and mix to coat. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring once.
in large skillet heat remaining oil, and add chicken cut into bite siez or strips, cook for about 5 minutes. add remainder of marinade sauce. add vegetables, and cook until chicken is done.
serve with brown or white rice.
